Good Morning Indulge Full Throttle Lifers!
I just HAD to tell you about the BEST SMOOTHIE EVER that I blended this morning. Lately, I have been experimenting with different fruits and such to my morning smoothie, but this morning topped them all! Here’s what I added:
1. 3/4 cup of Vanilla Yogurt
2. 1/2 cup of Frozen Peaches
3. 1/4 cup of Frozen Raspberries
4. 1/2 cup of Almond Breeze Almond Milk
5. 1 Scoop of Muscle Milk’s Banana Cream Protein Powder
Blend until smooth and creamy!
This smoothie literally is the best I’ve ever made. No added sugar, TONS of protein, and the sweet taste of fruit. I usually make a smoothie for breakfast, and I’m satisfied until about 1:30 in the afternoon, when I have lunch. It is a deliciously tasty way to start your day!
