My favorite recipe for the fall is Peach Cobbler!
Here it is:
Takes about 15 minutes to pull this recipe together.
12 ripe yellow peaches, 1/2 cup of flour, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1 tsp of lemon juice, pinch of nutmeg, pinch of cinnamon. 1 stick of non salted butter. I use Land O’ Lakes brand.
preheat oven to 350 degrees while preparing this fun dish.
Peel the peaches and slice them up to biteable sizes. Spritz the lemon juice over the peaches to prevent browning out, add a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon, toss gently. Set aside.
Mix flour, sugar and a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon. Cut 1/4″ sections of stick of butter. Add to the mixture and squish it into your flour till it crumbles. apply over top of the peach mixture.
Pop in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the top lightly browns.
I make this for my son by taking the mixture after baked is blend this with vanilla icecream in a blender or bullet. Enjoy!
