wrote on February 15, 2022 at 10:25 pm Kimberly is my hair fairy godmother, I am beyond happy I came upon her. She found me absolutely perfect extensions that are a miracle. Every appointment she knows exactly what I want and she is so careful and thorough in creating the perfect hair for me. She fits me into her schedule without fail and is unbelievably accommodating. The only other place in the country I can move to now is Georgia because I can't live without her!

After 15 years of wearing hats or wigs day after day, I found Kimberly @ Indulge Salon. I actually found her thru the Clipper Magazine Ad. So thankful to the Good Lord for leading me to her and her very welcoming, knowledgeable & helpful staff.
I've tried many products over the years, but to no avail. Plain and simple, heredity and FPHL (Female Pattern Hair Loss).
Kimberly takes her gift very seriously, it shows and you can tell she loves what she does. This is her passion! I'm not going to lie, it's pricey, but for myself and my family, well worth every penny.

wrote on November 6, 2021 at 5:20 pm I called last week to make an appointment for Saturday morning since it works out with my busy work schedule. I drove 29 miles and arrived on time for my appointment. The receptionist from the phone when I booked to my arrival was friendly and professional. When she let the stylist know I was there she takes me to the back and she had someone else in her seat. Right then I knew this was not a pleasant experience. The stylist then ask if she can start speaking to me about my consultation while she was working on the other clients hair. I said no. After a while she asked me a question regarding what I wanted to get done, when I answered then I said if she was able to work on it today. She said no. I decided to leave the salon. I never had this experience before anywhere else. For my first time being there I think that it was an awful waste of my time. I didn’t get a phone call to warn me that she had taken another person, if that was the case I would have rescheduled my appointment for some other day or just cancel it. I will never again call this place. I don’t want to receive any bill for no service and I would not recommend it. It looks like this place either takes walk-in first or they double book clients.

She elevated my look by 100% with her knowledge of my hair and her skill of framing a cut and adding color to flatter any face. I left the salon last night like I never have before. I loved the time that she spent asking questions, producing a wonderful new look for me, and then providing advice to keep the new style looking great.

wrote on September 27, 2020 at 4:09 am It was my first time at Indulge, and I loved it. I won't go anywhere else from now on. I was nervous at first I am very weird about my hair and I have had some bad experiences. From the minute I walked in everyone was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Taylor took the time to listen and figure out exactly what I wanted together. I knew what I wanted but she made suggestions that made it even better. Everyone was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Not only did I receive the best haircut I have ever had but Taylor also took the time to show me how to curl my hair the way she styled it. And when she did my eyebrows she showed me how go fill them in. She went above and beyond and I really appreciated it. I went back the next day to have my hair dyed and highlighted with Renee and she was just as amazing. My hair was a mess, roots grown out very far bottom was bleached but she was not discouraged. I was blown away by the results. Totally exceeded my expectations. So not only was this the best haircut and dye I have ever gotten it was the best salon experience I have ever had. I loved the ladies and everything they had to offer. I learned a lot as well as got a great haircut. I will definitely be returning!!
wrote on August 21, 2019 at 11:56 pm I was a first time client to this establishment on top of this being my first ever Brazilian wax. I was of course nervous about the experience but within my first minute of meeting Jen I was already at ease. The atmosphere within the salon is friendly and relaxing but Jen is an absolute goddess. Her ability to connect with her customers and soothe their anxiety is really something next level. She was the perfect mix of professional and personable during the process and I’ve never been so comfortable. Her work is great quality and excellent pricing. She really is a gem and I recommend her fully! I will be a returning customer for sure! Overall, a top notch salon 5/5 and recommending to everyone I know!

wrote on March 23, 2019 at 4:54 pm Renee did a beautiful job on my hair and all of the ladies were super nice and friendly. However, Sarah had done the consult with me while I waited for Renee, and estimated a total price of $250, plus $25 off for a Balayage coupon they had- which was very nice for Sarah to bring to my attention...so $225 was doable as I told Sarah I really didn’t want to go more than $200. When Abby rang me up at the front desk, it came to $340 WITH the $25 off...so it was $365. This was so far over my budget and I told her that Sarah had quoted me at $250 for the root color, balayage color, hair cut and blow out. However Abby said it was $365, or $340 with the coupon. Sarah was no longer there for me to talk to or ask what was happening. Though I had a good experience I’m unfortunately not going to be able to trust going back being that I was quoted one price and charged a significantly different price ($115 more than I was quoted). The only extra service I had that Sarah hadn’t added in when quoting me was a $15 conditioning treatment. I was so disappointed because I had a really good experience up until the misquote.

Ebony was amazing such a great personality, professional and caring great mani/pedi. Brittoni is an talented, amazing colorist, listened to me about the color and cut I was looking for and made it happen with ease very professional skilled individual. Kudos to Kim for having such a great group of talented individuals!!

I had full confidence that you or one of your team could fix the mess I walked in with on my head, but I really had no idea that it would turn out better than I imagined, and then some! You took my hideous, carrot orange disaster and turned me into an icy blonde unicorn! I don't think anyone else on the lake has this beautiful of a blonde (unless you did it!)...you took such great care of me & my hair, and the way you taught your staff WHILE doing my hair was a phenomenon!! I haven't been this ecstatic about my hair, ever! You not only gave me exactly what I asked for, you gave me a new confidence, as well. I truly love you, & all the girls, for everything...the color, cut, the long hours you spent with me, the advice, the laughs, just everything. I'm a client FOR LIFE! THANK YOU, THANK, THANK YOU!!

From her Salon I was recommended hair products for my fine & damaged hair. Zenagen shampoo & separate conditioner are just amazing! My hair feels so much softer & stronger. I trust her implicitly to do what is best for my hair and my own personal style. I simply tell her to work her "magic." I always leave completely satisfied and feeling great. She knows my hair and my personality so I simply sit back, relax and enjoy the experience. I would highly recommend anyone to visit the salon and experience a fantastic service.

wrote on July 14, 2017 at 6:38 pm I have gone to the indulge salon twice now for balayage coloring. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They are willing to work with you in order to get the results you desire. I have dark hair and was able to go to an ash blonde balayage in one treatment. It took a while but Kimberly was dedicated and helped me get exactly what I wanted. Thank you all and I will keep coming back! 🙂

It was the first time I ever colored or bleached my hair and after my first visit of not really liking how it turned out, Indulge was able to fix my hair the very next day and committed time into giving me a beyond satisfactory experience. Kimberly and her staff were the best and seriously put so much effort into my big hair transition! I was so happy with the end result that I was screaming with joy on my drive home!! I will definitely be coming back.
